The introduction of the fifth generation of mobile communications (5G technology) promises significant societal changes given by high data rates, high system capacity, massive device connectivity, reduced latency as well as energy saving and cost reduction. The main goal of the research project is the fundamental investigation of massive MIMO (multiple input multiple output) communication using guided ultrasonic waves.
